Sealing solution after Rotary Equipment Diagnostics on site.

For a South America based dredger vessel we overhauled the bearing assembly of a GIW LCC Jet pump. For this bearing assembly we designed new sealing systems in order to solve leakage issues with the original labyrinth seals. This unique sealing system can, when necessary, be replaced whitout dismantling the pump or drive shaft. This is a very effective repair method that avoids costly downtime.

Further, we where also granted the order to produce and supply a brand new mechanical seal for the same pump. This is our type BR3210, 140mm, cartridge mechanical seal which is designed for heavy duty circumstances.
