Overhaul if 8 inch ball valve

OVERHAUL OF 8 INCH BALL VALVE WESTAD RV

For one of our partners, we completely overhauled an 8 inch ball valve.
We disassembled the valve in our workshop and carefully inspected it.
We replaced all parts as well as the spindle and seals. Finally, the parts of the casing were blasted and coated and then everything was re-assembled.

Inspection showed that the ball had been damaged by so-called pitting.
The ball was replaced in consultation with the customer.

The valve was then packed with care and shipped.
